SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Production Time All products are printed on demand and made to order. Please allow 2-4 business days for production before your order is dispatched

Products are fulfilled by two suppliers — Tapstitch and Printful. Production and shipping times may vary slightly between products. Headwear (caps) are fulfilled by Printful. Apparel (t-shirts) are fulfilled by Tapstitch.

2. Shipping Times Estimated shipping times after dispatch:

  • Australia: 10-20 business days from order date including production and shipping time. Most orders arrive sooner.
  • New Zealand: 14-21 business days
  • United States/Canada: 10-14 business days
  • United Kingdom/Europe: 14-21 business days
  • Rest of World: 14-28 business days

These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

4. Tracking Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in our pricing.

6. Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us at www.ashpolitik.com.au and we will investigate with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
